Trust & verification

Verified means a person checked the source.

We never mark anything verified on self-report alone. Every verified item records the source, method, reviewer and date.

What we verify

Identity, education and enrollment, professional licenses, NPI, certifications such as BLS and ACLS, employment history, specialty, and for organizations: the organization, facility and rural status.

What each status means

  • Verified Checked against the original source; the date is shown.
  • Pending Submitted and waiting for review.
  • Requires review We need more information or a clearer document.
  • Failed We could not confirm it with the source.
  • Expired It was verified, but has passed its expiration date.

About NPI

An NPI confirms a provider is registered in the national provider registry. It does not prove a person holds an active license. Licenses are verified separately with the issuing state board.

Your documents stay private

Uploaded documents are stored privately. Only you and our verification team can open them. Hospitals see the verification status — never the document, license number or reviewer notes.

Fair matching

Match scores use only job-related factors: credentials, specialty, availability, geography and rural preference you chose, experience, compensation and schedule. We never use race, ethnicity, sex, gender identity, age, disability, religion, national origin or any other protected characteristic.
